Red Start Journal started as one person's portfolio, built from zero and logged in the open.
It has grown into a place where anyone can do the same: keep an honest journal of their trades, share the reasoning behind them, and learn from others doing it too.

The founder's real portfolio is the only public one. Everything in it comes from the raw log, so the numbers can't flatter.

Most investing apps are built around connecting accounts and collecting financial data. Red Start Journal is deliberately different: no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies, no data selling and no broker or bank connection.
